During the festival weekend – on September 14 at 3 p.m. – ALEA PARK will transform into a stage for bright minds and quick-witted foxes. At the ALEA CLEVER FOXES QUIZ, young families are invited to join Amber and Oak – the mascots of ALEA SCHOOL – on a puzzle adventure. In three rounds, children ages 8 to 12 will test their knowledge with age-appropriate questions. Parents may offer hints, but not reveal the answers. The winning team will receive VIP tickets to the Eintracht match. At 6:15 p.m., there will also be a surprise concert by a famous singer. Starting at 5 p.m., free stracciatella ice cream will be available for everyone at BOTANICA.
The stars of the ALEA CLEVER FOXES QUIZ are students from the region. They answer questions like “What are the young of wild boars called?” or “Which trees lose their leaves in winter?”—and show off everything they’ve learned in school and in everyday life. The quiz takes place in ALEA PARK – comfortably seated on picnic blankets right next to BOTANICA. Participants should therefore bring a blanket. Quiz materials, food, and drinks, however, are available on site.
The day will then wrap up with a concert at BOTANICA. On Sunday at 6:15 p.m., a surprise guest will perform several songs. ALEA hasn’t revealed the artist’s name yet, but here’s a hint: Stracciatella ice cream. The homemade ice cream rhymes with the artist’s name and will be served for free starting at 5 p.m. – while supplies last.
A team in the CLEVER FOXES QUIZ consists of 2 to 5 children and at least one adult chaperone. The group size must not exceed 6 people. The quiz consists of 3 rounds, each with 7 questions. The golden rule: Anyone who uses Google is out of the game. The focus is on the children and having fun. Chaperones may therefore offer hints, but must not give away the answers. After each round, the round winner receives a small prize. The overall winner of the ALEA CLEVER FOXES QUIZ will receive VIP tickets to the Bundesliga match between Eintracht Frankfurt and Union Berlin. Just stop by, bring a blanket, and start solving puzzles – admission is free, and no registration is required.
You can also get a taste of the new LINAS food and drink offerings at the golf course with a soup made according to Grandma Lina’s original recipe at BOTANICA.
