BOTANICA at ALEA PARK is a top-notch kiosk and student-run café. Apprentices and students from the Strauss company manage the Botanica on their own. We've extended our hours for you. Look forward to homemade ice cream, crema made with house-roasted beans, “Luftikus” sandwiches from our in-house bakery, as well as wine, beer, and Lina-Limo for a picnic in the park.

With this pilot project, Strauss is breaking new ground in the training of its young talent, with a particular focus on personal development. The goal: To place an emphasis on entrepreneurial thinking as early as the training phase. The BOTANICA team is made up of members from various departments and years of training.
